Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Standard shipping costs are $5.00 on ALL purchases, $10.00 for 3-5 day shipping, and $23 for 2 business days.
Q:What type of packaging does my order come in?
A: We only use discreet packaging, a plain brown box with a plain label.
Q: What is your return policy? A: The Pleasure Emporium offers the following Returns Policy: The Pleasure Emporium's Return Policy is based on a simple principle – 100% Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed on Every Order. If an item does not perform because of a manufacturer’s defect, then return it to us. We’ll replace it without charge. How to Return an Item - We understand that returns are sometimes necessary for a wide variety of reasons. You can return an item online or directly through our customer service department. To reach a customer service representative, you can fill out your request on the Contact Us page or on the telephone at 1-866-463-6061 10AM-4PM Monday-Friday. We do not offer refunds. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for UNUSED DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). There is a 10 day credit/exchange policy on all unused defective items from the time your shipment arrives, with the following conditions: Toys and Lubricants: No returns on oils and lubricants including all novelties unless defective. Defective items will be replaced with the SAME item only. Items must be returned with original packaging. Clothing: Items are only exchanged if not worn or damaged. Clothing items can be exchanged for any other merchandise in our store. Items must be returned with original packaging. Per Florida state regulations, panties are not returnable under any circumstances. All worn or damaged clothing will be refused as non-exchangeable. Videos/DVD's: Items are only exchanged if original product is defective. Items must be returned with original packaging. Edible Items: Due to the nature of these items (i.e. they cannot be resold) edible items are non-returnable and non-refundable. All items not qualifying for credit/exchange as outlined above will not be returned to the customer. First, please contact us at service@thepleasureemporium.com if you receive any defective items and return those items in their original packaging within 10 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 10 day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please Contact Us. If you do not follow all of the instructions, you may not be refunded at all or may incur a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs to return products are assumed by the customer, however we will re-ship the product at no extra cost. In your return package please include: The packing slip. A note telling us what the problem was and state whether you would like store credit or an exchange for another item. If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded! Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality adult products and maintaining attentive customer service.
